Interesting that you mentioned "Chai" or Indian tea as your favorite!

Have you tried Indian cuisine - any favorites?

I actually have an Indian cookbook my grandmother gave me. Its been awhile since I tried anything out of it, but I love curries, and Indian spices and flavors. I also love Panir (paneer?) that fried cheese stuff. There used to be a great Indian store next to our house in Salt Lake, and I loved to go there and try out whatever exotic thing caught my eye.

Ok you do know a lot about Indian cuisine if you know about Paneer as that is such an integral part of our diet.

Had you been in the Washington DC area- you would find not just Indian stores but stores representing so many diverse cultures. Stock up when you visit next as Indian spices stay fresh for a long time if they are sealed properly and an important key behind a great Indian dish is use of fresh ingredients and spices...

I like that you are interested and in tune with different cultures which is critical in this global age.

There was some TMI there Inger-Lis. And what about this ex who is in Jail?

Dad I am willing to bet you aren't wearing a bra either ;) I don't really know if my ex is in jail. I just assume so, knowing his propensity for getting in trouble.
