Crepes, anyone?

I saw my crepe pan today behind the fridge (which tells you how much I use it) and now I want to make crepes sometime in the next week or so. Anyone out there have some favorite crepe filling ideas? All I know how to do is fill them with fruit and whipped cream. I am thinking scrambled eggs and sausage perhaps, or something with beef. So I pose the question to my readers: What would you like in a crepe?

Hmm, there are breakfast crepes and dessert crepes. You can fill them with an egg, cheese, and ham; or they are really good with berries, soft fruits and whipped topping. I like both kinds, personally :-).

Fruit crepes all they way! could you send some to Utah for me. Every time I eat out (few and far between now) I always order fruit crepes.

One of my favorite savory crepes is a soft white cheese that melts well over fresh spinach (ham optional).

If you like Nutella, a French crepe place (at Pike Place) that I love has a few delicious variations on the Nutella theme (bananas and Nutella is the least seasonally dependent one).

I had a Swiss roommate who said lemon juice with sugar was a popular "filling" where she was from.

Wow, that's right, I remember lemon juice and powdered sugar. We also used vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
